Onions, chrysanthemums, sloe gin and victoria sandwiches were just some of the items on display at a village's 45th annual show.
People packed into Sherfield-on-Loddon Village Hall to admire the 437 items entered into the competitions, which were open to all amateurs living within 15 miles. With 125 different categories to be adjudicated, judges carefully considered the exhibits.
Prizes and trophies were awarded at the end of the day, before many of the items were auctioned off.
Natalie Larner, Show Secretary, said: "We are very pleased with the show this year, the number of entrants was up on last year and we have had wonderful help with lots of new volunteers. "We were really pleased to see lots of young families. The judges were really impressed with the high standard. It's nice to see the support from the village, we had a really good turnĀout."
Money raised on the day will be donated to Thrive, a national charity which enables disabled people to transform their lives through gardening.
